AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR LOSS? HELP!!!!?

hi. my hair is short. i am african american so therefore i have african american curly long hair. is there anyone who KNOWS what will work. something that you or someone else you know with hair like me to make it grow really really long. it used to be down to my back but i got a perm and it fell out. so what can i do??????????? HELP ME!!!!AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR LOSS? HELP!!!!?
that happened to me too...uh...just cut it and let it grow...keep it braided and use hot oil treatments weekly, then just wait till it comes back naturally...thats what i did
