However, I take biotin, eat well, exercise, meditate, drink lots of water, hardly ever drink alcohol (if i do I only have 1 drink at a time, i never binge, a lot of girls have been drinking since high school and i have drank alcohol a fraction of times compared to a majority of people),... i try to sleep right, take vitamins, and I RARELY use heat on my hair and when i do i have a heat protector. I have never even used a curling iron. Also if I put product in my hair it comes out in clumps. I have been having problems trying to practice hairstyles, i have no idea what i am doing so i'd really like this problem fixed so i can start practicing.
I am not sure why I am experiencing such dramatic hair loss. I have been trying to surround myself with positive things and people, have made positive changes, and I take very good care of myself.Experiencing excessive hair loss! help!?
yes! zinc supplement will be helpful too!
anyway hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few. but anyway you can always try and get real results.
year ago I suffered from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.
the things that really worked for me was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also you should use some herbal treatment.in that case Provillus is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for me!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry Provillus but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.provillus.com/?aid=749165
It restores hair follicles by blocking DHT!!!
good luck!
not only my and my husband`s own personal experienceExperiencing excessive hair loss! help!?
If your hair is only falling out when you use products on it, you might be allergic to the products you are using. See what you can do without using products. There are quite a few hairstyles that you can do without products.
Curling your hair should not cause it to fall out- that would be ok to do.
You might want to go to the doctor and see what they say about it. In my opinion, I think it is the products you are using on your hair.
Thyroid disease can cause hair loss like you are describing. I went to the doctor because I was tired and she asked me if my hair was falling out and I said yes and we did blood work and I have hypothyroidism. I started taking the thyroid treatment and hair actually started growing back. I was also on a depression medication and one side affect that I experienced with it was sweating. I think it was lexapro.
See your doctor it may be a zinc deficiency.

d. don't stress too much about it you'll be fine...o and make sure you have iron, zinc and protein in your diet..
e. you can also put hair oils such as coconut, neem leaves oil, leaving it in at night for like days you stay at home...and then wash your hair like every other day not everyday.....
f. since you're sweating more too sounds like you have a little increase in testosterone so you can help yourself more by eating wheat breads and not too many white enriched breads and all....overall eating fruits will control your whole hormonal and sweating prbs....go like on a 3 day fruit diet....i do it once a month and i look gr8......it helps with everything in your body! good luck.....be sexy! muah.
