HAIR LOSS HELP ME could it be molding clays fault?

HI EVERYONE i want to know if this is normal, first to start off i use a type of molding clay, its a high quility one and its very mild. but i dont know if its my imagination but i feel like im losing hair, i lose up to 20 strands of hair in the shower and sometimes wen im just sitting around, if i brush my hair with my hair long enough i can lose up to another 20 strands, is this normal.?!?!?! if not how can i stop it PLEASE HELPHAIR LOSS HELP ME could it be molding clays fault?
To me, it sounds like you have the mindset that a lot is falling out causing you to feel like you are losing more than normal. if you continue to lose more hair at a time, you could consult a doctor, though i do not think it is necessary. take a breath buddy :) i'm sure your hair is fine. the clay should not have done especially if it was mild and high quality. hope this helps to ease your worries!
