Apple Cider Vinegar works on just about everything, you can put a couple tablespoons on her food when she eats and also rub some on where her skin is showing it hasnt irritated my dog and she smells like a salad, lol .Check out Apple cider vinegar on the internet it will give you lots of ideas that you can use it for.
It sounds stress related. However the first place to check would be the vets. If you bathe her she might be allergic to the shampoo you use. If you have changed anything in her diet or
routine care, that could be the cause. Unfortunately fleas could cause this problem also.
