hi guys, ive been losing hair like crazy, i wanted to know if anyone used BIOTIN?there is another one called BIOFEN PLUS has anyone tried either one? plz let me know thank youHair loss help plzzzzzzzzz?
I've never tried Biotin or Biotin Plus, I've heard it's worked for some and not others. The only thing I've used with success was Rogaine for women and I haven't noticed any hair falling out since. The only downside to using it is that you need to use it on a regular basis.

I use Nioxin. It does take a while to work, but it helps prevent hair loss and I have even noticed some growth! Hang in there, it doesn't work immediately but it does severely lessen hair loss. I have heard of biotin, and it's very good for your hair and spurts hair growth. I don't know anything about it stopping hair loss, though.
why are you loosing your hair is the question .. what is different.. are you taking birth control.. or a new med.... hows your diet? are you under stress.... are you pulling it out in your sleep ( i did when i was under stress ) what was moms hair like at your age??? there are many things that can cause this, I would to the DR ASAP.... there could be health issues that you dont want to advoid..





But Biotan is a good vitaman that is good for your hair.....

try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
